An Intimate Whale Experience
Each winter, humpback whales return to the warm waters surrounding Uoleva Island.
From mid July to early October, guests at Sea Change have the rare opportunity to respectfully swim alongside these magnificent animals in one of the few places in the world where in-water encounters are permitted.
This isn't mass tourism.
Our whale swims operate in small groups, allowing for quiet, respectful encounters, personalised guiding, and meaningful time in the water.
No two encounters are ever the same, and that's exactly what makes each day on the water so special.
